Athena Clinical Experts, LLC is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, speech input, or other assistive technology. We treat accessibility as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time project.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act enforcement practice of the U.S. Department of Justice, by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and by California law, including the Unruh Civil Rights Act and California Government Code section 11135.

This statement describes our conformance target and the measures we have taken. It is not a certification, and it is not a legal determination that every page meets every success criterion at all times.

• A visible keyboard focus indicator on every interactive element.
• A “Skip to main content” link, a single main landmark, and a declared page language.
• Descriptive text alternatives for images that convey information.
• Labels on every form field, error messages tied to the field they describe, and status messages announced to assistive technology.
• Expandable sections and the mobile menu announce whether they are open or closed and can be operated and dismissed with the keyboard.
• Text and interface colors checked against the WCAG contrast minimums of 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text.
• Touch targets sized to at least 44 by 44 pixels on mobile.
• Motion and transition effects reduced automatically for visitors whose device requests reduced motion.
• Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to a 320 pixel viewport width and at 200 percent text zoom.

We are aware of the following areas where accessibility may be incomplete:

• Documents that a visitor uploads to us (for example a CV) are not modified or remediated by us, and their accessibility is outside our control.
• Content delivered by email may render differently across email clients.
• We have not commissioned an independent third-party accessibility audit or produced a VPAT. If you require one, please contact us.

This website is built to work with current versions of common browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) used together with assistive technology such as VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack, and platform zoom and high-contrast settings. Older browsers or unsupported combinations may produce a degraded experience.
