Kelly Keck, DNP, NNP-BC, RNC-NIC, is a neonatal nurse practitioner with deep clinical experience in neonatal care, education, and quality improvement. Her work is grounded in high-acuity clinical practice, evidence-informed decision-making, and a commitment to improving outcomes for newborns, families, clinicians, and healthcare organizations.
As an NRP Instructor Mentor since 2017, Kelly has supported the education and development of clinicians involved in neonatal resuscitation and newborn care. Her background also includes quality improvement leadership and military service, giving her a unique combination of clinical precision, operational discipline, and mission-driven leadership.
